The threat of bad weather forced the 2nd Annual Jones County Night Out Against Crime inside the JCJC P.E. Building, but that didn't hurt the turnout. Tom Colt emcee'd the event which brought together neighbors united against crime and drugs.
Everyone enjoyed free admission, free food and games. And 1,000 kids took home free book bags and back-to-school supplies.
A special thanks to the Jones County Sheriff's Department and Sheriff Alex Hodge, as well as the Jones County Baptist Association for making this great fellowship event possible.
